# Активация

Для создания заявки на доступ пользователя к сервисам необходимо выбрать тип заявки «Активация». В открывшейся форме необходимо заполнить поля: данные по контактному лицу, ТС, Установке.

Опция прикрепления документов доступна только после сохранения заявки.

В поле «Комментарий» необходимо обязательно указать адрес электронной почты клиента для отправки на e-mail данных для доступа в мобильное приложение и SDL Atlas.

После заполнения всех полей для отправки заявки в ЛУВ необходимо нажать на кнопку «Создать» в правом верхнем углу. Перед нажатием кнопки «Создать» необходимо убедиться в том, что заполнены все обязательные поля заявки. В случае, если какие-то обязательные поля не будут заполнены, после нажатия на кнопку «Создать» они подсветятся красным цветом.
